About Ink & Wren

My work is rooted in a love of nature, storytelling, and the expressive beauty of ink on paper. I create hand-drawn designs for wallpaper, textiles, stationery, and meaningful gatherings, blending craftsmanship with a sense of place.

From early sketches made with a dip pen and ink to final pieces that celebrate everyday beauty, everything I create is an invitation to slow down, connect, and notice what surrounds us.

I've embarked on a journey that weaves together my passion for creativity and nature, blending my experiences and expertise in art, theatre and product towards design.

The story behind Ink & Wren

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been drawn to the tangible intimacy of ink on paper — the kind that holds memory, meaning, and feeling. Two of my most treasured possessions are my grandparents' love letters and my mum’s handwritten recipe book, both filled with scribbles, sketches, and personality. To me, these are artforms — evidence of lives lived with care.

The name “Ink & Wren” reflects that spirit. Wrens are symbols of creativity, renewal, and song. There’s even one outside my window in London that reminds me, daily, that even in the busiest places, nature still hums softly beneath it all.

I look forward to having you join me on my creative endeavours and adventures, where each design is my own testament to the every day beauty that surrounds us, waiting to be noticed, captured and celebrated.
