“Gatherings centre around the stories we share and memories we create — a beautiful invitation is where that story begins.” — Ink & Wren

Post by Ink & Wren

Welcome to Post by Ink & Wren — the invitation and stationery brand of Ink & Wren, where hand-drawn artistry meets heartfelt storytelling. I believe in the art of gathering — those meaningful moments where stories are shared, memories are made, and connections are deepened. An invitation is never just a formality; it sets the tone, captures the spirit of your celebration, and welcomes your guests into something truly special.

Ready-Made Invites

Each design begins as a hand-drawn illustration, then is thoughtfully crafted into a customisable template — ready to be personalised and sent digitally or by post. These invitations are designed to feel personal, meaningful, and keepsake-worthy.

Bespoke Invites

For gatherings that call for something truly unique, I offer a bespoke design service — hand-illustrated motifs and invitations created in collaboration with you, tailored to reflect the spirit and story of your event. Please contact me directly to discuss your bespoke piece or project.

  • Once your purchase is complete, you’ll receive a link via email to access your template in Corjl. For a full walkthrough of how to edit, save, and download your design, you can view the official Corjl instructions here: Corjl Customer Instructions
    It's all browser-based — no software required.

  • Your Corjl access link will be emailed to you within minutes of purchase (sent to the email address connected to your Etsy order). If you don’t see it, please check your spam or promotions folder.

  • No downloads needed. Corjl is a web-based platform that works in your internet browser. For the best experience, I recommend editing using on a desktop or laptop.

  • You’ll be able to edit text, font style and size, colours, layout, and background colour.
Some invites allow you to adjust or recolour the individual hand-drawn motifs — others feature colour-fixed artwork to preserve their painted charm. Each invite listing description on Etsy will explain exactly what’s editable.

  • Yes — I always include a demo link in each listing so you can explore the template before buying. You’ll find it just beneath the product description. No purchase or sign-up required to try the demo.

  • Yes — your Corjl access remains available for 12 months from the date of purchase. You can return to your template, make changes, and re-download as often as you need for your event during that time.

  • Corjl allows you to download your design as a JPG, PNG, or PDF. JPG is best for digital sharing (via text, WhatsApp, or email), while PDF is ideal for printing at home or with a professional printer.

  • Yes — your file is suitable for both. If printing at home, I recommend using good-quality cardstock for the best results. For professional printing, you can upload your final file directly to your chosen printer. (Always run a test print first to ensure colours appear as expected.)

  • Yes — if you have a specific colour in mind for your event, you can enter the HEX code directly into the Corjl editor for a precise match (e.g., #D4AF37). This allows you to fully customise your template to align with your event’s colour palette. If you don’t have a HEX code, free online tools such as ImageColorPicker are available to help you identify one from a reference image. Please note that for specified invites, the motifs themselves may be colour-fixed — the background colours however remain editable.

  • All templates are designed in RGB colour mode, which is standard for digital editing and most home printing setups. While RGB generally produces excellent results, colours may vary depending on your printer, paper type, and settings.

We strongly recommend doing a test print before printing in bulk to ensure the final result meets your expectations. If your professional printer requires files in CMYK or a specific format, please contact us for a customisation quote prior to purchase.

  • Your invitation is designed with standard sizing and file formats (JPG, PNG and PDF), making it easy to print at home or through your preferred print service.

For UK customers, I recommend Printed.com for high-quality, reliable printing — they offer excellent paper options, samples for which can be requested online.

I always encourage supporting a trusted local print shop where possible — simply provide them with your chosen file format and size (5x7" or A5), and they’ll take care of the rest.

💡 Tip: If you’re working with a local printer, mention the format and RGB colour mode when sending files. Running a single test print is always a good idea to ensure the colours and trimming match your preferences.
